Only professional TV monitors can be switched between PAL and NTSC standards automatically. Recording equipment is always NTSC or PAL, it is extremely rare for any recording device to support both. If you want to provide an NTSC TV series to PAL countries or vice versa, you will need an easy to install, simple to operate and quality PAL / NTSC bi-directional standard converter; the Datavideo STC-100 is just that.
